Al Pacino does a very good job as Satan and I think Keanu Reeves fits the suit of the lawyer very well. I liked the movie - though the plot is pretty much irrealistic, I take it as a metaphor of what tends to happen when you're a lawyer.
You always have to choose between earning lots of money in despite of any moral values or keeping your moral and sense of justice not thinking of your own convenience.
