Review of The Devil Wears Prada (2006) by Dr. F P — 24 Aug 2012

Watchable, undoubtedly fashion orientated but you don't get the sense that its a niche film for those in the know about what not to wear. I actually found Meryl Streep's character quite depressing, I cried at the end which still blows my mind as to why.

This movie is the everlong classic tale of a relatively inexperienced young woman working her way up the ladder but not without obstacles and set backs. If you're into that it should be good. There wasn't much to laugh at, the characters were pretty one dimensional, but it is well made for those that love this genre.
