The Devil Wears Prada has excellent character development and strong performances by Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway. The film shows us how we can change we needed and demanded to. It shows how peer pressure can change us.
It shows how a person assimilates and becomes part of something that they despised in the beginning. It shows how caught we can get at times and forget the important things in life. The film only falls a bit when Anne Hathaway out of the blue changes back to her old self and loses all of her character development.
