Review of The Devil Is a Woman (1935) by Kris C — 06 Dec 2007
Another rather pointless film that I had to watch on my film and Philosophy course today at Bristol UWE Uni. Marlene Dietrich is a 1930s stunner and there are a few cheap laughs but nothing like enough glamour to keep my interest for much longer than about 10 minutes.
Overblown score and cheaply theatrical in design. Not very impressed.
