Review of The Devil Inside (2012) by Adam M — 06 Jan 2013

Disappointing exorcism/docu-style horror. A young woman travels to Rome to visit her mother who was transfered there following her killing of three priests. Obviously the woman thinks its weird how her mums been taken to Rome but as she realises that its the demonic possession capital of the world things start to fit together and along with the help of two rebel priests the woman tries to find the truth about what happened to her mother and why.

This might seem interesting and I personally find exorcism stuff fascinating but the mix of a genre with only so many limitations mixed with the found footage thing that has been done to death now means that, a few cool moments aside, The Devil Inside is a bit, well, shit.
