Review of The Devil Inside (2012) by Mark B — 19 Jul 2013

I expected worse. I didn't think the acting was terrible except in scenes where people were debating possession vs. illness. I liked the premise of the film and it felt true to documentary style. Some elements were poorly tied together and the ending isn't terrible in concept but is poorly executed.

This film required a little more thought - perhaps a lot was left on the cutting room floor to get to the 83 minute run time. A little more depth could have gone a long way. This film also needed a little more scare factor.
