Tod Browning is great! Its too bad that his best known work is Dracula which I don't think is that great. I mean who else would have been able to pull off a movie about shrinking people and using them to get revenge except the director of Freaks.

I do feel however that had this movie been made before 1934 it would have been a lot more devious.
