Review of The Devil and Daniel Johnston (2006) by Michael B — 28 Nov 2007

I donno if Daniel is at genius level or not (I'd have to listen to his music and study his drawings more), but this is certainly a geniously constructed documentary. Not only does it seem to survey Daniel's art with enough to make me think that this lunatic may in fact be a genius, but it emotionally documents all the hearts broken and mended by Daniel's existence.

This is a must-see.
