Insane. First of all, Tobey doesn't appear to age. The movie tracks a doctor who makes a series of decisions that lead to a kidney donation and death. Some of the vivid images of the doc's imagination are fun, some of the anger keeps you interested.
.. But the conclusion leaves the viewer unsatisfied to say the least. On Netflix Instant for those that are interested.
