Wow! Okay! Yep! Not sure whether I absolutely love this film or hate it with equal fervor...! A very emotional subject matter, but not particularly emotional acting, in particular from Mr Clooney. Granted he portrayed how many men of our century would deal with emotions (by NOT showing ANY emotion!) it was still somewhat hard to grasp what exactly what he was trying to portray.
Nice to see a bit of Hawaii, however...! And Shailene Woodley was rather impressive for a new actress! Not painful to sit through the film, but somewhat unbelievable.
