Firstly I must admit the only reason I even found this movie was because zac efron was in it. having said that it was really really crap.
This could have been another 'seabiscuit' had they done it right.
Instead it was a one track movie with no real hurdles to get over. there were some scenes where I really wanted to hit fast forward, I found myself thinking "spit it out already!!".
On top of that the lame 'suddenly when I need my phone the batteries die' disaster made my top ten cringe list.
One more thing - as an occasional rider I find it quite funny that this kid has never ridden in his life before and suddenly in 2 months (even if it was a year) is good enough to ride the derby. gimme a break.
