Review of The Departed (2006) by T-Pain P — 31 Jan 2014
This movie hands down deserves a 5 out of 5. Leonardo DiCaprio brings the action into this movie, just like he always does. Matt Damon brings the sex, and Mark Wahlberg delivers the package of packages if you know what I mean.
Legendary Director Martin Scorsese did a phenomenal job on the mechanics and the construction of this movie. Although the movie did seem to feel like a long watch, the amount of time that was spent into The Departed made up for it.
The funny thing about this movie was the fact that the f-bomb was dropped almost literally 100 times! Even more than 100 I imagine!! The elevator scene near the end was my favorite course (my favorite scene of all time), and the ending where Matt Damon gets his delivery is my 2nd favorite part to this movie.
It is good to see these 3 phenomenal actors work together to create the greatest movie of all time. Not only does Scorsese here brings true grit of an action-packed thriller, but the actors as well. I can go on like this forever if may be.
I want to see Scorsese do what he does best on every movie he does, by making the movie flow with many themes, scenes, and sex. Leonardo DiCaprio did a fantastic job on keeping the themes flow perfectly and fluidly.
Matt Damon did a fantastic job on keeping the sex alive and going, and Mark Wahlberg did a fantastic job on keeping the scenes of this movie functional and fun to watch.
