Typical of 80s action, the depiction of "terrorists" is cartoonish and imbecilic. A wooden Chuck Norris and an "I'm so old that I'm not even embarrassed - I just don't care any more" Lee Marvin exhange monosyllabic gung-ho dialogue and shoot stuff.
It's just barely passable as Saturday afternoon heckling fodder.
