I'm glad i'm not the only one NOT on the band wagon. Deer Hunter sounded so promising. As a Huge fan of the talented Christopher Walken's I heard many great things about this award winning film.
Sadly the hype did not live up to my expectations. The storyline unveiled to slow for me. The only worth while part was when they played Russian Roulette. Only then in that single scene alone it was worth the watch.
But to say it's the greatest in American Cinema? I beg to differ.
