Review of The Deer Hunter (1978) by Bugi P — 23 Jan 2011
"The Deer Hunter" gives a big influence, especially for war-themed films. An in-depth view, highlight the war not from the struggle and heroism, but TDH indulgence in the psychological side of the soldiers on the battlefield.
Truly a spectacular spectacle, Michael Cimino delivers a film that became a trend for a war movie in the future. The best film that showed the impact of the war after "Taxi Driver". This is a masterpiece!
