Disappointing film about a love affair set post WWII. I had high hopes for this film - it was compared to "The End of the Affair" in a few reviews I had read which is a favourite film of mine - unfortunately, I didn't connect with any of the characters in this film so found myself not really caring if they stayed together or not.
Overall it is a decent film it just isn't special in any way which I feel it should have been since it's topic is forbidden love.
