Kelly MacDonald makes this movie a delight. Her charming fun insights into a Scottish island makes the viewer enjoy going along for the ride. What does bring the movie down a bit is the script as it applies to the character of Lara (Alice Eve).
In this film, Lara just doesn't fit as well as she should. Maybe it more a back story had been done, this would have worked.
