The Debt is an enjoyable film to watch but there are a few unfortunate issues with it. Before I get to that, Helen Mirren and Jessica Chastain, older and younger version of the main character respectively, did an amazing job with the character of Rachel.

All of the older version of characters don't really look like their younger selves and vice versa. The casting of Sam Worthington was not the best but then it might have been the best the production was able to do.

It's too bad because his character, David is so pivotal to the story. David is such a quiet, closed off character that is so worth exploring and understanding because without him there is less of story to tell.

The title of the film is not nearly enough to encapsulate this film either. Beyond that, there are are a few choices in the editing department I would have liked to have seen handled better. Overall, I was able to follow along.

Mirren and Chastain steal the show and well worth it on that level alone.
