A fascinating insight into what could have been, with an impartiality that makes it feel somewhat tame and willing to accept all accounts- the politics of the situation are glossed over in favour of trying to figure out what this movie would have been, and it paints solid picture of an emotive,inventive and ultimately too ambitious Superman which- good or bad- would have been unlike anything before or since.
