Review of The Death of Stalin (2017) by Petros T — 17 Mar 2018
Quite an enjoyable but far from riveting watch, "The Death Of Stalin" is a witty satire boosted enormously by the delicious cast. Jeffrey Tambor steals the show, Steve Buscemi is Steve Buscemi and the dialogues and overall feel are definitely fun without entering farcical territory.
On the other hand, the story can be a bit all over the place at times, seemingly out of focus, and it's a shame that actors such as Michael Palin and Paddy Considine had such small, and not that demanding, parts.
