Very good. But if it was a comedy it was so black it was hard to see. I didn't like the doctor's in hospital number three. A bit long, but very engaging; the acting was excellent and far more realistic than all the "non-professional actors" films I've seen recently.
The first half hour felt very slow, but after they got him in the ambulance it didn't feel like a long film to me.
