Review of The Dead Zone (1983) by John E — 19 Apr 2010
This movie is interesting because the plot evolves logically, yet unpredictably, and because it deals with complex moral dilemmas. However, the acting is unequal (for instance, Walken and Sheen are terrific) and I felt that the adaptation process was uncompleted.
In other words, the movie sometimes feels like a diluted book, not like a movie as such.
