Eh. This movie is alright. It's got some classic Dirty Harry "I don't give a s#!t" dialogue in it. Check out a young Jim Carrey hamming it up for the camera as a heroin junkie rockstar.
Oh and Guns N' Roses make a cameo! WTF? This movie is worth a rent alone just to see Clint Eastwood impale some punk with an oversized harpoon. Priceless!
