I went out of order and watched this before I watched the 3rd Dirty Harry film. This is right now my least favorite. This felt like a very bad Law and Order movie. This film felt like a parody of itself.
Clint is still bad ass and it is cool to see young Jim Carrey and young Liam Neeson. Utterly 80's.
