This final sequel to Dirty Harry is often considered the worst , but is worth watching for its frequent bizarre moments.
Highlights include Jim Carrey gurning himself to death , Harry with a comically large harpoon gun , Liam Neeson doing a ridiculous accent and a bomb carrying toy car .
As the fifth entry into the tired series , its quite refreshing to find a film which tries to be nothing more than a silly bit of entertainment , especially after the po-faced Sudden Impact.
