Review of The Dead Pool (1988) by Indu R — 17 Feb 2011
I honestly actually liked this just a bit more than the original Dirty Harry. It had some pretty good action sequences, and it held my attention better. There is also a lot of pretty good performances through out my favorite being Liam Neeson. Other actors who show up consist of a young Jim Carrey trying to imitate Axel Rose, and Patricia Clarkson as a reporter.
Overall the film aims to please, and it definitely succeeded in my opinion. It may not be the general consensus, but I gotta say it was a pretty good movie that holds onto it's momentum. See it.
