The second half of the film is pretty decent, but I really hate Callahan's Asian partner in this film. He's trying to yuk it up at murder investigations like he's on some TV show and Eastwood keeps glaring at him like he wants to just strangle the guy.
Yet, they somehow become friends... Anyway, he's really annoying and out of place.
