I absolutely hated this movie. It bashes you over the head with an overbearing mankind-is-killing-the-earth theme, and the robotic acting (especially the terribly casted Keanu Reeves as the alien with a message) doesn't help.
The story line is so over-done and uninspired, the special effects are average at best, and the characters are so unlikable. I hated the little kid. I just wanted the little brat to be abducted or something, and what's up with the politicians and their 'shoot now, ask questions later' attitude?! It started off interesting, but once Iron Man made an appearance, I knew I was in for complete stupidity.
