Review of The Day of the Jackal (1973) by David S — 12 Jun 2008
Masterpiece. This movie is almost void of melodrama, as the pace, timing, and sense of urgency conjure suspense better than any John Williams score. And remember, if you are going to do assassination for hire, be sure to carry a side-arm on the job.
NOTE: I hope everyone understands that the target was the President of France and not the President of the United States.
