So it's man suffering at the hands of mother nature in this global warming movie by the yahoos that produced and directed Independence Day and Godzilla.
While the casting of Jake Gyllenhall and Dennis Quaid is solid, there is really nothing memorable about the characters in this movie. Ok I will admit the visual effects in this are damn good, which they are in most of their movies, but there is nothing moving about the plot or story. And please someone explain to me how during the movie's fatal arctic blast no animal survives except for the wolves?
