Well, they tried, but didn't make it. The idea isn't bad, but somehow the movie is.
I got really bored, I even thought: "Oh, c'mon can't he die, it would save us from this misery!" ;) (anyway he survived).
2 out of 10. One for a good laugh. Second for the idea.
