Review of The Darkest Minds (2018) by Jef A — 03 Aug 2018
Better than the majority of the YA movies. The audience in the theater gave it a loud ovation and left the theater wanting the sequel. I don't understand why critics gave it such a low score. Was it because the lead and co-lead are black? I hate to use the race card, but I just don't get how critics could give it a 19%.
