Review of The Darkest Hour (2011) by William V — 09 May 2012
Talk about disappointing. The movie started out well and even the first part of the invasion was good... but then everything went downhill. There was so much wasted potential that this quickly slipped past a decent B-movie on the SyFy channel to be nothing more than a frustrating waste of time that could be better spent watching grass grow or paint dry.
This isn't one of those movies where the ending messes it up (although I hate those) but rather the beginning is good and the rest of the movie messes it up.
