Review of The Darkest Hour (2011) by Walker F — 31 May 2012
A somewhat original idea and cool alien designs cannot make up for absolutely awful acting, cgi, directing, plot, character development, literally everything else in the movie. It has video game caliber cgi in most shots but great cgi in one far away shot.
The way the aliens kill was cool at first but they overused it. Most of all, this film is extremely boring even at only 1hr 20min long. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!!
