Yes, it's cheesy as all hell, but, lets face it, it is one of the better sci-fi flicks of 2011, it's actually quite inventive without just plagiarizing familiar sci-fi conventions, (skyline, anyone?), and it is a lot of fun to watch.
.. don't trust the critics on this one...
