For a Stephen King story they really dropped the ball on this one. Extremely rushed and bad lighting were its biggest issues. The actors do the best job that they can with what they have to work with but with even the strong performances by Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey it can't save The Dark Tower.
It is a real shame because I was really looking forward to this as it is one of my favorite King stories. Reboot in 10-20 years.
