Not quite Taken, James Bond or IT but it gets a 4 simply for being part of the classic King Universe. Knowing that the Dark Tower is the centre of the Universe and protected by 6 Beams (Maturing being one) gives me that impression that Pennywise lingers out there somewhere and that makes me excited as IT (2017) is one of the best movies I've ever seen.
Never mind the fact there is a Pennywise easter egg in this which shows he's about.
