Nikolaj Arcel's irredeemable rigmarole left me shocked and confused as to how a movie of this caliber could have possibly escaped production hell. With a script chock-full of tired cliches, a supporting cast incapable of acting, and a glaring lack of motivation for one third of its characters, The Dark Tower is a flop and an insult to cinema.
