For everyone out there that is giving this movie 1 star reviews because it didn't follow the books, this isn't a movie about the books, it's the next time around the wheel with Roland starting over.

They can do anything, and go anywhere with this story. There is a huge project planed with TV series and follow-up movies, and by leaving crappy reviews, and discouraging people to spend their money at the theater you are jeopardizing those future projects.

Forgetting the books, just as a fun action filled movie it is worth at least 3 stars, but for the sake of the future of the franchise everyone should be giving it a 5 star rating.
