Review of The Dark Tower (2017) by James H — 24 Aug 2017

I went into this movie with no knowledge of the source material, but remebered always thinking the books looked intriguing. I walked away satisfied with the film and with even more interest in reading the books.

Despite the bad reviews, which seem overly harsh, this movie lives up to my expectation for an end of the summer flick. It delivered just enough unique action sequences mixed with a half way decent plot line which honestly I am sure is much better with previous knowledge of the characters.

Definitely worth watching, ignore the reviews and make your own opinion.
