Ignore the negative reviews go see the movie. Just saw this movie today and loved it! If nothing else this movie will make people want to go and read the books to get a better understanding of the movie.
I hate the negativity that this movie is getting, yes it could have been cool if they made this book series into several movies instead of just one, but they didn't and it was still good. Go see for yourself.
