My 35 year old son and I saw this a week ago. We knew the reviews meant that the movie was not highly regarded, but we know what we like, and it was good enough to keep our attention. Plus, I like Idris Elba.
Matthew McConaughey plays a convincing devil, too. The kid does well himself. Definitely a guy's movie, but any woman who is into fantasy or science fiction will probably enjoy it, too.
