Review of The Dark Knight (2008) by Henry G — 23 May 2016
A great film, but not a great Batman film. Batman is almost sidelined, Heath Ledger gives an amazing performance as a Joker that barely resembles the Joker of the comics. I feel you could just take all the Batman characters out and replace them with anyone and the film would still work fine.
8.3/10: Enjoyable for the right reasons.
