Good luck trying to make a superhero movie that tops this one. I love how the film makes Batman more than a superhero. In the film he is a tortured soul. The film is not too gritty and is realistic. All of the actors in the film were excellent AND THEN THERE'S HEATH LEDGER AS JOKER!!! The guy nails the insanity and brilliance of one of comic's greatest super villains.
