One word: Ishtar. This movie seems a bit like being on the inside of a Mike Myers joke but not being quite sure what the joke is. Bill Murray has a cameo role, but it's part of the gag. Natalie Portman shows up, and who cares why as long as she does.
The principals are...somewhat interesting. But the scenery is beautiful as is the soundtrack. Take a nap, read a book, or clean the cupboard, it's all the same when you're watching it. It's kinda fun.
