Review of The Darjeeling Limited (2007) by Rachel H — 28 Jul 2012
For me, Wes Anderson always seem to not-quite-get-there with his films. He sets up a lot of interesting ideas and scenes, but their potential is never realised. Still, Darjeeling Ltd is enlivened by absolutely gorgeous visuals and set locations, and the three actors oozes charm as much as their collective neuroses.
If nothing else, this is like a travelogue with an incidental plot tacked on.
