I'm a Wes Anderson fan but this is just contrived, pretentious, meaningless fodder with laughs not included. An utterly pointless film that I can't believe is from the same man who made 'Rushmore' and 'The Royal Tenenbaums'.
Quirky is acceptable only if funny.
