The Danish Girl goes on for a bit too long, but man. What a movie. Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander are absolutely PHENOMENAL. Oscars please! Vikander, in particular, really steals the show as Redmayne's loving wife.
Best of all, Tom Hooper's beautifully photographed film is just a great true story to tell onscreen. It accurately shows the fear and alienation some transgendered people feel. Very well-done.
