Eddie Redmayne pulls off yet another amazing transformation and brings believeability to the character of Lili, and Alicia Vikander delivers her second great performance of 2015 (ex Machina), but in the end, the film is painfully slow and I'm not really sure that this film will have any sort of memorable social value.
A film worth watching, but only once.
