Terrific acting in a boringly decent movie. Eddie Redmayne is great, but Alicia Vikander is purely phenomenal. The only reason shegot nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category and not Best Actress is because the Oscars didn't want Brie Larson to have solid competition.
I firmly believe that now after watching Alicia's performance. Now the story is inspirational and beautiful, but lacked in the technical aspect, quite simple in that area.
